PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance convenience for vehicle passenger. SOLUTION: With reference to the input value of voice synthesis ratio indicated by an operation command, a designator 430 delivers a signal for designating synthesis of a voice inputted from a content input source through a voice SW 512 and a voice inputted from the content input source through a voice SW 522 to a voice synthesizer 710. Upon receiving the designation signal, the voice synthesizer 710 synthesizes two voice signals at a predetermined ratio, and delivers the synthesized voice signal continuously to a voice output device (headphone output terminals 240, 250 and a speaker 720).
