PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for winding ended yarn capable of preventing kinky yarn during piecing and also preventing yarn jump of ends of winding ended yarn of yarn feeding bobbins at the time of winding up from the plurality of yarn feeding bobbins around one winding package with large diameter. SOLUTION: This control device for winding ended yarn is movable among a waiting position 1A separated from a head part of the yarn feeding bobbin, a yarn jump preventing position 1B approaching to the head part of the bobbin and a kinky yarn preventing position 1C abutting on the head part of the bobbin, and is provided with a kinky yarn preventing member (brush 3) moved to the yarn jump preventing position 1B at the time of ending of winding up of each bobbin.
