The fuel injection arrangement has a fuel injecting valve (3) with a flange, which is distant in a radial direction with respect to an insertion direction. The fuel injecting valve is supported by the flange at an inlet sided surrounding edge. The flange has two opposite and parallel flange surfaces. Compensating elements are arranged at the flange surfaces for compensation of tolerance and as positioning aid for the fuel injecting valve in the receiver.
