Provided is a corner panel mounting and demounting mechanism (K) for mounting and demounting a corner panel (21) of a decorative panel (3) in and from an opening (20) of a panel body (3A). The mounting and demounting mechanism (K) comprises a rocking member (36) mounted on the panel body (3A) in a manner to rock on its intermediate portion and having a hooking pawl (41) at its one end portion and an operation screw hole (40) at its other end portion, an operation screw (44) screwed in the operation screw hole (40) for inclining, when turned in a predetermined direction, the rocking member (36), thereby to protrude the corner panel (21) at its end portion on the side of the hooking pawl (41) from the surface of the panel body (3A) and to make the same demountable, and an engagement hole (51) formed in the corner panel (21) for engaging with the hooking pawl (41), when the rocking member (36) is inversely inclined by turning the operation screw (44) backward, thereby to make the corner panel (21) flush with the panel body (3A) and not demountable.
