An airline service providing system is provided to handle a one-stop check-in process from the time when a customer reserving a flight leaves to an airport tarts procedure of from carry out one-stop process. An airline service providing system includes plural unmanned kiosks(200a-200c), an airline service server(1100), a flight reservation server(100), and a boarding gate(1200). The plural unmanned kiosks issues a card equipped with a wireless tag for a customer. The airline service server determines a position of the customer by referring to a detection result offered from the unmanned kiosks and informs the customer of a boarding time. The flight reservation server handles a customer's flight reservation on Internet, and acquires and stores customer information for the flight reservation from the customer.
