An automatic noodle-making machine is provided to make a desired amount of noodle and to compute and display the amount of remaining kneading conveniently. An oil cylinder(4a) is operated by a solenoid valve(1d) with an oil pressure generated by the driving of an oil pressure pump(1b) connected to a motor(1a). A predetermined amount of kneading is put in a vessel(6a), and the number of servings is input into an input portion(2a). A piston(4b) of the oil cylinder is pressurized to be operated at a predetermined speed. Timer 1(3b) is operated when the oil cylinder starts to operate, and timer 2 is operated when a ram(4d) descended by the oil cylinder comes into contact with the upper surface of the kneading and has a predetermined amount of pressure to make the input number of servings of noodles. |
