A system and a method for processing information, and a program recording medium thereof are provided to offer detail explanation for questions related to banking products/transactions to a customer by using customer information stored in a banking facility such as a mobile phone number etc, and enable the customer to conveniently speak with an agent by telephone without inputting personal information. An information receiver receives an email related to the banking products/transactions, or a call signal from a terminal performing the banking transaction. An information checker checks the information of the customer requesting a call based on the received call signal. An information extractor(110) extracts customer communication tool information corresponding to the checked customer information by linking with a customer database. An information transmitter transfers the extracted customer communication tool information to the agent terminal. |
