A device for peeling off the surface and improving the shape of recycled aggregates is provided to make the input recycled aggregates continuously pass through a separator and to discharge automatically separated mortar. In a device for peeling off the surface and improving the shape of recycled aggregates, a rotating mesh sieve(10) is formed in the shape of a cylinder and composed of: an input hole(11) formed at the front side to receive the recycled aggregates; a discharge hole(12) formed at the rear side to discharge the recycled aggregates; and plural guide plates(13) protruded toward the center and arranged at regular intervals along the inner peripheral surface. The front side of the rotating mesh sieve where the input hole is formed is positioned high and the rear side where the discharge hole is formed is obliquely disposed at low height. The surface of the rotating mesh sieve is formed in the shape of a mesh to discharge foreign materials such as mortar separated from the recycled aggregates during a transferring process. A hitting body(20) is installed in the inner center of the rotating mesh sieve in a longitudinal direction of the rotating mesh sieve, turned in the opposite direction to the rotational direction of the rotating mesh sieve, and contains plural hitting rods(21) protruded on the outer periphery in zigzag.
