<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid fuel supply system in a fuel cell that is capable of preventing the liquid fuel from spouting out when heated or under a reduced pressure environment, capable of stably supplying the liquid fuel regardless of the orientation of a liquid fuel cartridge body, allowing the liquid fuel to be non-exposed and thus preventing the liquid fuel from evaporating even when supply of the liquid fuel is temporarily stopped and the cartridge body is removed. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid fuel supply system S in a fuel cell enables supply of liquid fuel by inserting the liquid fuel cartridge body A to a liquid fuel guide core 30 provided in a fuel cell body N. The liquid fuel cartridge body A includes a fuel tank part 10 containing a fuel storage body 11 to which capillary force is given so as to store liquid fuel, and further includes a valve body 12 that allows the liquid fuel guide core 30 provided in the fuel cell body N to be inserted to a wall face of the fuel tank part 10, and an air replacing hole 10α that is opened simultaneously with the installation of the fuel tank part 10 and thereby enables air replacement. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
