摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method able to be used for inexpensively and easily producing non-alcoholic drink or liquid food added with flavor of a barrel and improved in fragrance. <P>SOLUTION: The production method is to contact and treat oak chips and the like with the non-alcoholic drink or the liquid food. The method for producing the non-alcoholic drink or the liquid food improved in fragrance and specified in ripening after the contact treatment is provided.
