<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power system which permits an operation of high power. <P>SOLUTION: The power system includes a high-voltage side, a low-voltage side, a main motor electrically connected to the high-voltage side not through a power converter, a fuel cell system which is electrically connectable to the high-voltage side to supply power to the main motor, and a DC/DC power converter system which electrically connects the low-voltage side to the high-voltage side of the power system, wherein the high-voltage includes a high-voltage rail operated at a first DC voltage, and a low-voltage rail operated at a second DC voltage. The DC/DC power converter system further includes a first primary DC/DC power converter, and a second primary DC/DC power converter connected in series with the first primary DC/DC power converter. The first primary DC/DC power converter is connected between the high-voltage rail and a positive terminal at the low-voltage side.
