摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environmentally benign transition metal compound having an ordered olivine or a rhombohedral NASICON structure, containing polyanion (PO<SB>4</SB>)<SP>3-</SP>as at least one constituent, and being used as an electrode material for an alkali-ion rechargeable battery. <P>SOLUTION: This is a positive electrode material for a rechargeable electrochemical cell.
