<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system which improves the use efficiency of radio resources in an entire system and is capable of achieving improvement of communication quality in end users. <P>SOLUTION: In the mobile communication system wherein communication between radio base stations 100, 101, and 102 is possible by using links 140 and 141 between base stations, radio environment information of adjacent cells 130, 131, and 132 is reported between radio base stations, and the latest information of the radio environment information is stores in memories 150, 151, and 152, and information stored in these memories is referred to perform handover control, transmission power control, traffic control, etc. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
