PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delta-sigma modulator doubling an over-sampling ratio without increasing a circuit operation speed concerning an A/D converter including the delta-sigma modulator for performing integrodifferential processing of the two channels of analog inputs, and to provide the A/D converter. SOLUTION: The delta-sigma modulator 100 includes: a first sampling means 110 for sampling the first analog input; a second sampling means 120 for sampling the second analog input; a third sampling means 130 for sampling the output of a quantizer 180 corresponding to the first analog input; a fourth sampling means 140 for sampling the output of the quantizer 180 corresponding to the second analog input; and a switch control circuit 200 for controlling an analog switch so as to perform time-division processing concerning the integration of the output of the first sampling means 110 with the output of the third sampling means 130 and the integration of the output of the second sampling means 120 with the output of the fourth sampling means 140.
