PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance use efficiency of a mobile communication network by creating a new use method of a mobile communication network terminal such as a mobile phone, and to implement a measure in a security field against robbery, information leakage, etc. SOLUTION: By installing and using the mobile communication network terminal, so that the terminal of interest is positioned as a sub-unit of a mobile phone owned by a user, a network system having excellent in security independent of a user location can be implemented.
