PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning jig in which a positional shift can be corrected even if there is some positional shift between a moving connector and a fixed connector and the moving connector can be connected with the fixed connector at a right position. SOLUTION: The positioning jig is composed of a moving jig including a moving connector provided on a side of an inspection object to be transported and a fixed jig including a fixed connector provided on a side of an inspection device. On the moving jig, there are formed a first positioning hole continuing to a tapered part which is expanding toward the fixed jig and a second positioning jig provided near the moving connector, and on the fixed jig, there are formed a first positioning pin corresponding to the first positioning hole and a second positioning pin corresponding to the second positioning hole.
