PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet embedded rotor reduced in cogging torque without reducing generated torque, and also reduced in vibration noise, and a motor and a compressor. SOLUTION: In the magnet embedded motor formed by embedding permanent magnets in a rotor core at prescribed intervals, first protrusions and notches formed at both sides of each of the first protrusions are formed at outer peripheral surfaces between salient poles in the rotor core corresponding to the plurality of permanent magnets, non-magnetic parts for preventing magnetic flux short circuiting are formed at both ends of the permanent magnet, a bridging part between the non-magnetic part and the notch is narrowed as much as possible so that the bridging part is magnetically saturated, and one or plurality of second protrusions extending to the external peripheral surface direction are formed at the notches.
