PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching power supply capable of reducing hum noise and a weak electric shock. SOLUTION: A commercial AC power of 100V is applied to an input section 2 by an AC power supply line composed of a live L and a neutral N. One side ends of line bypass capacitors C1 and C2 are connected to the live L and the neutral N, and other ends of the capacitors are connected to each other, and a connection point between them is connected to a ground line of a secondary-side circuit. The capacitors can reduce the high-frequency noise, and reduce the generation of the hum noise caused by a frequency (e.g. 50 Hz or 60 Hz) of a commercial power source. Further, the capacitors are connected to the ground line of the secondary side circuit, thereby preventing a weak electric shock caused by the touch of an enclosure connected to the ground line of an apparatus connected to the secondary side.
