PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a controllable current source of a type quoted in an introduction part regarding quality of an output signal. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a controllable current source, that is, a charge pump 12 in an integrated circuit, including: two supply terminals K1, K2 for applying two supply potentials V1, V2; and an output terminal Kout connected with the first supply terminal K1 through a first controllable current route T1 and connected with the second supply terminal K2 through a second controllable current route T2 for feeding an output current. In order to improve the current source 12 regarding the quality of the output signal, the controllable current source 12 further includes replicas T1', T2' of the current routes T1, T2 in a non-control state and a replica output terminal Kout' thereof is connected to the output terminal Kout through current mirrors T5-T8.
