摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve capability of gripping a target object by image recognition even in a case where the target object is hidden by another object. SOLUTION: The robot is provided with: a camera 1 for image recognition of the target object; a robot arm 2 having an object griping function at a tip; a memory part 3 to memorize camera images of the objects; and a processing part 4 to recognize the target object from the images obtained by the camera, to determine its position, and to give instructions to the robot arm toward a gripping position. In the case where the target object cannot be recognized based on measurement images, whether other memorized objects exist in the measurement images is determined.
