PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress boundary wear of a cutting tool in cutting. SOLUTION: A cutting device is equipped with an angle oscillation mechanism where a cutting edge 2b is formed in a circular arc shape, and the cutting tool is angle-oscillated with the center 2a of the circular arc as a rotational center axis. Since the cutting tool 2 is oscillated with the center 2a as a center during cutting, the portion where the load causing the boundary wear acts is changed and not concentrated in one place. The boundary wear is thereby suppressed. Since the center 2a of the oscillation is the center of the circular arc of the cutting edge 2b, the depth of cutting is not changed.
