The inventive timepiece provided with a date dial comprises a date disc (5) driven step by step once per 24 hours. The dial (11) of the time piece is provided with unit figures distributed along a circular sector and crossed by a window (11a) which is embodied in the form of a circular arc and extends through the entire angular length of the circular sector. A display member (7) connected to the date disc (5) appears in the window (11a) and comprises an index (7c) of units, figures 1 and 2 of tens and a widow (7d) for figure 3 of tens. A screen (10) associated to a return spring (10a) is positioned between the dial (11) and the display member (7) provided with an element (7b) for driving the movable screen (10) oppositely to the return spring (10a) in order to position it in front of the index (7c) when said index is situated in front of the figure 0 of units. |
