The system (2) has a group of controllable system parts for accomplishing a fluoroscopy assisted intervention with a hand-guided instrument (14) e.g. biospy needle, which is supported in an instrument holder (12). An operating device (24) is arranged in the holder for producing control signals to control one of the system parts, where the control signals are transmitted to the system parts in a wireless manner. The instrument holder has a hand grip, in which the operating device is integrated, where the hand grip is connected detachably with the instrument holder.
