摘要 A method for mass propagation of Iris odaesanensis Y. Lee is provided to mass produce young plants of Iris odaesanensis Y. Lee via culture of growing point and mass produce seeds by efficient soil acclimation of the young plants, thereby preserving and propagating endangered Iris odaesanensis Y. Lee species. A method for mass propagation of Iris odaesanensis Y. Lee comprises the steps of: extracting the growing point of Iris odaesanensis Y. Lee, and culturing it in MS(Murashige and Skoog) medium containing 2mg/l of 2,4-D(2,4-dichlorophenoxy acetic acid), 3.0% of sucrose and 0.3% of gelrite and having pH 5.8 to induce embryogenic calluses; transferring and culturing the induced embryogenic calluses in MS medium(pH 5.8) containing 0.5 mg/l of 2,4-D, 2 mg/l of BAP(6-benzylaminopurine), 3.0% of sucrose and 0.3% of gelrite to induce somatic embryos; regenerating the aerial part and root part of induced somatic embryos to induce and grow young plants; dividing and propagating the induced numerous shoots under antiseptic condition; and acclimating the cultured in vitro plants to the soil.
