A device for fixing and rotating a rubber hose fixing member for a vehicle is provided to convey a rubber fixing member with a rubber hose to a taping device by rotating a rotary plate. A device for fixing and rotating a rubber hose fixing member for a vehicle comprises a chuck vice body(24), fixing brackets(19), and a rotary plate(18). The chuck vice body has jigs(25) fixing the rubber hose fixing member. The fixing brackets are integrated with the vice body and installed a plurality of places on the rotary plate. The rotary plate is integrated with a shaft fixing member(34) installed on the top of a work table and with a shaft assembled to a bush(33). The shaft is rotated by an engaging pulley(15) connected with the drive pulley by a belt(16). The drive pulley transmits torque of a drive motor(11). The shaft also rotates the rotary plate integrated with the shaft.
