A sealing device for a door glass and a door glass run is provided to enhance the sealing of the door glass and to prevent decreasing of the reactive force of deteriorating door glass run by installing a spring member in a hollow port of the door glass run and the spring member selectively combines to a magnetic member integrally combined to the outer edges of the door glass, thereby maintaining the contour of the door glass run while increasing the sealing between the door glass and the door glass run. In a vehicle maintaining a seal by outer edges of a door glass(3) contacting a door glass run(7) mounted on a door frame(5) when the door glass is closed, the sealing device comprises a magnetic member(21) integrally combined to the outer edges of the door glass, and a spring member(23) fixed in a hollow port(7a) of the door glass run and elastically pushing the section of the door glass run contacting the outer edges of the door glass towards the door glass. The spring member selectively couples to the magnetic member by the magnetic force when the door glass is closed. The outer edges of the door glass has an insertion groove opened towards the door glass run, and the magnetic member is force fitted into the insertion groove so as to have the surface of the magnetic member in parallel with the surface of the outer edges of the door glass.
