An emergency escape structure of a partition door for a cab in an electric railway vehicle is provided to open the partition door between the cab and a passenger cabin in emergency so that passengers can escape through an emergency door or both-side doors of the cab. An emergency escape structure of a partition door(1) for a cab in an electric railway vehicle includes the partition door(1), a connection panel, and a lever. The partition door is provided between a passenger cabin and the cab. The connection panel is detachable from the surface of the partition door. The lever is positioned inside the connection panel, is connected to a locking device that fixes the upper side or the lower side of the partition door, rotates to release the locking of the locking device so that the partition door is opened/closed.
