A vibration and noise prevention apparatus of a breaker is provided to reduce extreme vibration and noise occurring while hitting a rod effectively by keeping tightly using soundproofing rings, to extend service life by reducing vibration of a breaker using a soundproofing plate and to maintain the inside of a breaker easily by opening a disassembly window. A vibration and noise prevention apparatus of a breaker includes a stepped portion(160) provided with a retreated groove(150) and installed to the lower part of a housing(140) of a breaker(100) integrally, upper and lower soundproofing rings(170,170') made of urethane resins, provided with an elastic cutting groove and many hemispheric retreated grooves and inserted to the retreated groove of the stepped portion to keep a rod(130) tightly, a sealing portion(180) installed to the peripheral part of the soundproofing rings to seal up the upper and lower soundproofing rings tightly, a resinous soundproofing plate(190) installed to the inner circumferential surface of the housing, and a disassembly window installed to the outside of the breaker to be separable by coupling bolts to open the inside of the breaker.
