<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which is equipped with a means for adjusting output display data based on the time change of input display data like emphasis driving, for example, for a liquid crystal display device, and performing display based on the adjusted output display data, wherein the display device is provided at a low cost by simplifying a calculation method of the amount of the above adjustment. <P>SOLUTION: Not the adjustment amount of all points but the adjustment amount of the representative points is stored in a look-up table (LUT memory circuit 120 and LUT holding circuit 130). The adjustment amount of the representative points is referred to from the look-up table, and the adjustment amount of interpolation points except the representative points refers to three representative points near the interpolation object point from the look-up table (representative point selection circuit 140) and is calculated by interpolation operation from the adjustment amount of the three representative points (an amount-of-adjustment calculation circuit 130). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
