PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconducting filter device capable of fine adjustment of the center frequency and the bandwidth. SOLUTION: The superconducting filter device comprises a dielectric base plate (11); a two-dimensional circuit type resonator pattern (12) formed of a superconducting material on the dielectric base plate; a laminated dielectric (14), located above the resonator pattern and made of a material with a nonlinear electric-field dependent permittivity; a conducting pattern (15), formed on the top face of the laminated dielectric to generate coupling corresponding to a predetermined bandwidth; and a means (16) for making a bias voltage applied to the laminated dielectric.
