PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-reciprocal circuit element capable of varying the inductance value of a central conductor. SOLUTION: The first center conductor L1 comprises a plurality of line conductors L1<SB>1</SB>to L1<SB>3</SB>, which are parallel to each other, switch elements SW1a to SW3b are respectively connected to both the ends of respective line conductors L1<SB>1</SB>to L1<SB>3</SB>, one end side of the center conductor L1 is made as an input/output port P1, to which a high frequency signal is input through the switch elements, and the other end side is connected to a ground electrode L1E for connecting the line conductors 1<SB>1</SB>to L1<SB>3</SB>to a ground potential conductor via the switch elements SW1a to SW3b. A second center conductor L2, having the same constitution as the first center conductor L1, is arranged so as to intersect with the first center conductor L1 at an 120°angle in an insulated state. A third center conductor L3, having the same constitution as the first center conductor L1, is arranged so as to intersect with the second center conductor L2 at an 120°angle in an insulated state, and matching capacitor elements C1 to C3 are respectively connected, between respective input/output ports P1 to P3 and the ground potential conductor 12.
