PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless LAN telephone communication method of high telephone conversation quality by eliminating break of voice occurring during handover. SOLUTION: A general control unit 130 cooperates with link control units 117 and 127 during handover to use the communication channel of an access point used in telephone conversation and an access point of handover place properly, while switching the channel used at a 0 system voice speech section 119 and the channel used at a 1 system voice speech section 129 temporally at a wireless communication section 107 to bring about 3 person telephone conversation state of the 0 system voice speech section 119, the 1 system voice speech section 129, and the telephone conversation partner terminal, and to mute the voice of a channel used by one of the 0 system voice speech section 119 and the 1 system voice speech section 129. More specifically, an access point which can perform stable communication while sustaining 2 person telephone conversation state of one of the 0 system voice speech section 119 or the 1 system voice speech section 129 and the telephone conversation partner terminal is searched during handover processing.
