PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out ESR adjustment of a laminated capacitor suitably for decoupling application by slightly changing a design of the laminated capacitor. SOLUTION: A first conductor layer 112 is constituted of main conductor layers 112a, sub-conductor layers 112b adjacent to the main conductor layers 112a, connecting sections 112c connecting both the main conductor layers 112a and the sub-conductor layers 112b and leading-out sections 112d for external electrodes fitted to the sub-conductor layers 112b. A second conductor layer 113 is constituted of the main conductor layers 113a, the sub-conductor layers 113b adjacent to the main conductor layers 113a, the connecting sections 113c connecting both the main conductor layers 113a and the sub-conductor layers 113b and the leading-out sections 113d for the external electrodes fitted to the sub-conductor layers 113b in this case. The ESR for the laminated capacitor 100 is adjusted by using at least one of a resistance component obtained by each connecting section 112c and 113c and the resistance component obtained by the conductive distances of each connecting section 112c and 113c and each leading-out section 112d and 113d.
