PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover for a plug holder and a table tap capable of preventing infiltration of water and dust from blade insertion holes. SOLUTION: The cover 1 for a plug holder is provided with a main body 2 of an insulating material formed in a size enough to cover a plug connecting part P of the plug holder 5 equipped with the plug connecting part P having a pair of blade insertion holes 50a, 50a inserted into a pair of tap blades of a bayonet plug, respectively, and a water-proof part 3 made of soft resin provided at one face of the main body 2, elastically in contact with the plug holder 5 and enclosing the pair of blade-shaped parts 50a, 50a of the plug connecting part P, at the time when the main body 2 is mounted on the plug holder 5 by inserting the pair of blade-shaped parts 2b, 2b into the pair of blade insertion holes 50a, 50a of the plug holder, respectively.
