PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict turbulence of an air flow, which is adjusted in the direction, in the indicated direction due to a straight air flow by regulating blow-off of the air flow in the straight progressing direction from a clearance B2 formed between a rear edge of a first fin 12 and the inner peripheral surface of a case 11 in an air blower device for vehicle compartment for opening an air blow-off opening by turning a plurality of fins 12 and 13 arranged inside the case 11 to make the air blow in the indicated direction by adjusting direction of the air flow blown out of the air blow-off opening. SOLUTION: The case 11 is provided with a guide plate 18 positioned opposite to the rear end of the first fin 12, and a guide plate part 18b of the guide plate 18 is faced the clearance B2 to guide the air flow blowing out of the clearance B2 toward a surface side of the first fin 12.
