PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of comparison whether the qualities of a variety of Web page groups to be distributed to terminal devices by a Web server are good or poor. SOLUTION: In an information processor, a category averaged stay time calculation unit 11 calculates tentative values of quality evaluation values of Web page groups belonging to each category on the basis of log information to be stored in a Web access log DB 3 and in a category information DB 12. A category scale calculation unit 13 calculates scales of the Web page groups corresponding to the respective categories on the basis of the category information stored in the information DB 12. A quality evaluation value correction unit 14 calculates correction values of the tentative values of the evaluation values calculated by the calculation unit 11 and correction values of the evaluation values on the basis of the calculation results from the calculation unit 13.
