PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring apparatus for accurately calculating the electrical characteristics of a measuring object. SOLUTION: The measuring apparatus 1 is provided with a signal generating section 2 for generating an AC signal S1, and for applying it to the measured object 21; a voltage-detecting section 3 for detecting a voltage V1 across the measured object 21, when the AC signal S1 is applied; a current detecting section 4 for detecting an AC current I1, flowing in the measured object 21 when the AC signal S1 is applied; and a calculation/control section 9 for calculating and outputting the electrical characteristics (impedance data D6) of the measured object 21 from the voltage V1 and the AC current I1. The calculation/control section 9 calculates the frequency components and their values, in a waveform of the voltage V1, and calculates the electrical characteristics, when values of the other frequency components other than the frequency component of the AC signal S1 among the calculated frequency components are a preset value (set data D3) or smaller.
