PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autoanalyzer capable of measuring a tested sample outside a section of an analytical curve, and an analytical curve preparing method therefor. SOLUTION: The autoanalyzer includes an analytical part 18 for measuring the tested sample and a plurality of standard samples to generate a tested sample data and a standard sample data, a calibration part 33 for preparing the analytical curve A formed by the first function for conducting interpolation between calibration values of the standard samples and respective adjacent coordinates of the standard sample data, and the second function for extrapolating the first function, based on the calibration values of the standard samples and the standard sample data generated by the analytical part 18, an analytical data generation part 34 for generating an analytical data, based on a tested sample data generated by the analytical part 18, and an output part 40 for outputting the analytical data generated by the analytical data generation part 34, and the analytical data generation part 34 generates the analytical data using the second function, when the tested sample data generated by the analytical part 18 outside a range of the standard sample data.
