PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact bathing apparatus, accelerating metabolism by thermal effect, thereby improving person's health by human body cell activation. SOLUTION: This capsule type bathing apparatus includes: an upper cover part A in which an ultraviolet lamp and an infrared lamp are provided in the central part and hot water jet nozzle arrays 7, 7 are provided on both right and left side parts; a body part B having ore boards 10, 10, 10 mounted on a flat plate surface 8 and a mat; a steam generator part having a fumarole facing on the lower part of the body part; and a water storing tank part C provided with a water storing tank 16 for residual water discharged from the body part.
