NUCLEATING AGENT ADDITIVE COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS

A blend of two different compounds may be applied together to form a nucleating agent additive composition. This additive composition is useful as an additive in thermoplastics, polyolefins and/or polymer resins. A blend of of a bicyclo[2.2.1] heptane dicarboxylate salt and a dicarboxylate calcium metal salt provide useful and beneficial physical property effects in molded polymeric articles in terms of shrinkage and cryatallization temperature of polymer resin compositions.
