A structure of a waterproof dual pipe fixing member coupled with a wall embedded panel is provided to seal a coupled area between the panel and a fixing member by a packing, and to prevent the water from being infiltrated in the wall by fixing dual pipes with tension clip rings. An outer peripheral part of a fixing member(10) is formed with a support protrusion(11). An upper body(13) has a peripheral groove(14) with a plurality of fitting holes(14a) and a sealing packing(15) is placed on the peripheral groove. A lower body(16) has with peripheral grooves(17) with a plurality of fitting holes(17a). A fitting guide part(19) is formed at the lower end of the lower body. Tension clip rings(20) with projection fitting parts(22) are fitted to the peripheral grooves. Inclined surfaces(24) are formed to two front ends of the tension clip rings.
