摘要 A power train control method of a hybrid vehicle is provided to charge a battery with electricity quickly by driving a motor with an engine, if a vehicle is in a P or N-range. A method for controlling a hybrid power train comprising an engine(1), a torque converter(3), a motor(5), and a transmission(7) connected in order, an engine clutch(9) installed between a rotor of the motor and a turbine of the torque converter, and an ISG(Integrated Starter Generator,13) connected to the engine comprises the steps of: judging whether the transmission is in a P or N-range; judging whether to charge a battery(25) or not; combining the engine clutch and a lockup clutch(29) of the torque converter if the transmission is in a P or N-range and the battery needs to be charged with electricity; starting the engine; and charging the battery by generating electricity by the motor with operating the engine.
