A method for providing a guidance service to a mobile terminal is provided to allow the user of a mobile terminal to receive conveniently a guidance service by providing text, images and video through voice communication. When a mobile terminal(50) connected with a public network is connected for call communication with a guidance system that provides a guidance comment in voice, guidance data corresponding to the guidance comment and the guidance comment are multiplexed. Guidance information obtained by multiplexing the guidance comment and the guidance data is provided to the mobile terminal through a mobile communication system. The guidance data is included in a voice call channel formed between the guidance system and the mobile terminal and transmitted, and is displayed in the form of a menu including a number on the mobile terminal.
