<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive rubber roller and a primary transfer roller having low resistance and small environmental dependency of the resistance. <P>SOLUTION: A rubber component contained in a rubber composition constituting a rubber layer contains acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (A), epichlorohydrin rubber (B) and an ethylene oxide-propylene oxide-allyl glycidyl ether terpolymer (C) satisfying the following conditions (1) to (3) so as to satisfy 0.1≤A/(A+B+C)≤0.9 and 0.01≤C/B≤2.0, wherein A, B and C represent parts by mass of the components (A), (B) and (C). Conditions (1) a copolymerization ratio of ethylene oxide: 80 to <90 mol%, (2) a copolymerization ratio of propylene oxide: >0 to 10 mol%, (3) a copolymerization ratio of allyl glycidyl ether: 10 to <20 mol%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
