<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biosensor chip capable of reducing sampling, reducing burdens on a subject, preventing a reagent from entering the body upon puncture and reducing a manufacture cost, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The biosensor chip is formed by clamping a spacer layer 12 by two substrates 11a and 11b, and a hollow reaction part 14 continued to a sample introducing port 16 and electrodes 13a and 13b for detection are provided inside. Then, a sampling implement 15 for collecting a sample B by puncture is fixed to the outside of the biosensor chip 10. Since the sampling implement 15 is not provided inside the biosensor chip 10, the biosensor chip 10 is miniaturized, and accompanying that, the collecting amount of the sample B is reduced and the burdens on the subject are reduced. Further, since the sampling implement 15 is not continued to the hollow reaction part 14 where the reagent 17 is applied, the reagent is prevented from entering the body upon puncture. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
