<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas treatment unit capable of easily replacing a catalyst support in safety while driving a furnace. <P>SOLUTION: This exhaust gas treatment unit positioned on an exhaust pipe conduit 30 comprises a catalyst receiving chamber 53 receiving a pellet catalyst support supporting a catalyst, and a pretreatment agent receiving chamber 52 receiving a pellet filter member, and positioned at an upstream side in the arrow X direction (horizontal direction) as the exhausting direction with respect to the catalyst receiving chamber. The pretreatment agent receiving chamber has a treatment agent charging port 52A opened in the vertical direction to charge a new filter member into the chamber, and a treatment agent discharge port 52C opened in the vertical direction to discharge the filter member received in the chamber to the outside of the chamber. The catalyst receiving chamber has a catalyst charging portion 53A opened in the vertical direction to charge the new catalyst support into the chamber, and a catalyst discharge port 53C opened in the vertical direction to discharge the catalyst support received in the chamber to the outside of the chamber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
