<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin care preparation with high stability and good sense of use. <P>SOLUTION: The skin care preparation consists of a water-in-oil type emulsion composition containing at least one amphiphilic compound represented by general formula (1) or (2) and an oil component, the content of the amphiphilic compound in the composition being 0.1-20 mass%.
