PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for picking up a fine ball one by one. SOLUTION: A container 10 comprises a storage space S1 for storing a plurality of fine balls B and a floating space S2 for allowing a plurality of fine balls B to float on the storage space S1 in an inside S. The container 10 comprises an opening 12 for access from the above to the floating space S2. A holding part 20 has a tip part 20a comprising a suction port 23 which can suction and hold the fine balls B one by one. In the holding part 20, the suction port 23 faces the floating space S2 by setting the tip part 20a to the opening 12 of the container 10. A gas supply means 40 makes a plurality of fine balls B float in the floating space S2 by supplying gas from a side to the inside S of the container 10. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
