PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sunshade plate capable of adsorbing odor and formaldehyde inside a cabin without impairing material feeling of a non-woven fabric layer and a surface material layer, in regard to a sunshade plate formed with the non-woven fabric layer on the top surface with a base material layer sandwiched therebetween and formed with the surface material layer on the bottom surface. SOLUTION: The sunshade plate 1 is formed with the non-woven fabric layer 3 on the top surface with the base material layer 2 sandwiched therebetween, and formed with the surface material layer 4 on the bottom surface. An adsorbent layer 6 is interposed between the base material layer 2 and the non-woven fabric layer 3 or between the base material layer 2 and the surface material layer 4.
