PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain concentration of soup stock fixed at all times and to automatically supply the soup stock. SOLUTION: Regarding the device to keep food hot for housing ingredients and the soup stock in a pot part 3 and displaying and selling them while heating them, a lid part 5 is attached to the pot part 3 by a hinge part 6, the state of the hinge part 6 is detected by an opening/closing switch 7 and the open/closed state of the lid part 5 is judged by a controller 10. Then, when deciding that the lid part 5 is in the open state, control is executed so as to replenish the water to the pot part 3 by a water replenishing device 20. Further, the pot part 3 is provided with a water level sensor, and when deciding that the soup stock inside the pot part 3 is lowered to a lower limit value on the basis of the signals of the water level sensor, the control is executed so as to supply the soup stock from a soup stock supplier by the controller.
